Terms of Service

outbuilt sells paid placement on a public leaderboard rendered as a skyline. You pay to have a URL or X @handle displayed at a rank determined by the total amount paid toward it. Higher totals rank higher, and anyone can pass you later by paying more.

This is a novelty and advertising product. It is not an investment, a security, an auction of goods, or a store of value. A payment buys a position on a board, nothing else, and that position can be lost at any time to a higher bid.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You may only use the service for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws that apply to you.

Payments are one-time and denominated in US dollars. They are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for every transaction. Your receipt and card statement will come from Dodo Payments.

All sales are final. There are no refunds. Being outranked, outbuilt, or pushed down the board later grants no refund, credit, or compensation of any kind; losing a spot is how the product works. Any exceptional refund required by law or by card network rules is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, not by the operator.

Listings must follow the rules. The operator may reject or remove any listing that is unlawful, infringing, adult, deceptive, spam, a chat or invite link (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and similar), or that otherwise creates legal or reputational risk, at any time and without refund.

Moderation decisions are made at the operator's sole discretion and are final.

The service is provided as is. The operator does not guarantee uptime, availability, clicks, traffic, visibility, or any commercial result from a listing. The operator does not guarantee how long a listing will hold any rank; by design, any rank can be taken by a higher bid at any moment.

You may only list a URL, brand, or handle that you own or have the right to promote. Listing someone else's property does not transfer any rights to you, and the operator may remove such listings without refund on receiving a credible complaint.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service. The operator's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the listing giving rise to the claim.

The operator may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
